Customers walk their shelves and pull expired products and in dates up to three months prior to expiration. Secure items in an appropriate shipping container, seal the box. Contact Complete Rx Returns to schedule a pickup. We provide all your shipping labels free of charge.

Onsite Service
Only available in certain areas. A trained professional from our team will visit your store, walk your shelves and pull all your expired pharmaceuticals. All Items are inventoried and packaged on site. We will then make the arrangements to have your boxes shipped back to our facility for processing.
*$250.00 minimum charge applies to all onsite services
Disposal Service
Available for all non-returnable, over the counter (OTC) items, blister packs, samples, and items over one year past the expiration date. Our State-of-the-Art returns program will sort your waste into the appropriate class for proper destruction, based on all Federal Agency requirements.
